MTA weekend service changes: What to know before riding the subway

Here are all of the MTA weekend service changes you should know about.

Here's a look at the subway service changes from Friday night to Monday morning: 

No. 2 trains

No trains between Manhattan and Brooklyn. 

Trains will not stop at Park Place, Wall, Clark and Hoyt streets. 

No trains between Dyre Avenue and East 180th Street.

No. 3 trains

No trains between Manhattan and Brooklyn. 

Trains will not stop at Park Place, Wall, Clark and Hoyt streets. 

No. 4 trains

Trains will run local in both directions between 125th Street and Brooklyn Bridge.

No. 5 trains

Trains will replace 2 train service between Wakefield-241st Street and East 180th Street.

Uptown trains will run local from Grand Central-42nd Street to 125th Street.

No. 7 trains

No trains between Queensboro Plaza and 34th Street-Hudson Yards.

A trains

Ozone Park/Far Rockaway-bound trains will make local stops at 155th and 135th streets.

Ozone Park-bound trains will run express from Hoyt-Schermerhorn to Euclid Avenue (10:45 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday, midnight to 6 a.m. Sunday, midnight to 5 a.m. Monday).

Inwood-bound trains will skip 72nd, 81st, 86th, 96th, 103rd, 116th, 135th and 155th streets (11 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday, midnight to 6 a.m. Sunday, midnight to 5 a.m. Monday).

C trains

Euclid Avenue-bound trains will run express from Hoyt-Schermerhorn to Euclid Avenue.

Uptown trains will skip 72nd, 81st, 86th, 96th, 103rd, 116th, 135th and 155th streets.

No trains between 145th and 168th streets.

E trains

World Trade Center-bound trains will skip Briarwood and 75th Avenue and run along the F line from 47th-50th streets to West Fourth Street.

B trains

The B does not operate on weekends.

D trains

Norwood-bound trains will skip 170th and 174th-175th streets.

Norwood-bound trains skip 25th Street, Prospect Avenue, Fourth Avenue-Ninth Street, Union Street and DeKalb Avenue (11:45 p.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. Saturday).

Coney Island-bound trains will make local stops at 23rd and 14th streets (10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Friday through Monday).

F trains

No trains between Church and Stillwell avenues.

Jamaica-bound trains will skip 14th and 23rd streets.

Manhattan-bound trains will skip 169th Street, Sutphin Boulevard, Briarwood and 75th Avenue.

Jamaica-bound trains will run local from Roosevelt Avenue to 71st Avenue (10:30 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday, 10:30 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. Sunday, 10:30 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday).

J trains

No trains between Marcy Avenue and Broadway Junction (3:30 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday).

M trains

No trains between Essex Street and Broadway Junction (3:30 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday).

N trains

Manhattan-bound trains skip Broadway and 39th Avenue.

Astoria-bound trains will run express from 36th Street to Canal Street (11:45 p.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. Saturday).

Q trains

96 Street-bound trains will run along the R line from DeKalb Avenue to Canal Street (Saturday).

R trains

Forest Hills-bound trains will run express from 36th Street to Canal Street via the Manhattan Bridge.

No service between Whitehall Street and 59th Street in Brooklyn (11:30 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday)

W trains

Special service operates between Whitehall Street and Ditmars Boulevard (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday).

Whitehall Street-bound trains will skip Broadway and 39th Avenue (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday).

Z trains

The Z does not operate on weekends.

SIR

No trains between Tottenville and Huguenot (1 a.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Monday).
